The massage can be firm or gently, depending on your mental, physical and emotional state. For healing, I focus on different energy centres, depending on what you need and how you are. Each session is unique to you.
I have been in practise since 1989 working with individuals of all ages and I am happy to arrange a free intial chat over the phone to answer any questions you may have. In person bookings are on the west side of Edinburgh near Colinton Dell - with free parking!
